Our company's unique hot gas furnace has many excellent advantages compared to salt furnaces, such as energy-saving and environmentally friendly features, as well as solutions to the 3K (Kitsui, Kitanai, Kiken - Tough, Dirty, Dangerous) issues. However, there are limitations to the "cooling capacity" when using hot gas alone. This time, we have addressed that issue and further developed and evolved it into the carburizing martensitic quenching furnace.
